Ugh yes. And whenever someone asks, I immediately feel guilty and ashamed. And probably look guilty and ashamed, which probably makes it seem like I've been doing something I should feel guilty and ashamed about. But the real answer is somewhere between "I don't know" and "I went on the internet". 😬
