๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ท๐น๐ท| The US used one of its expensive SM-3 interceptors to down the Iranian ballistic missile heading towards its base inside Turkey.
This base is crucial and one of the most difficult (geopolitically) for Iran. This base has one of the remaining AN/TPY-2 radars.

I really hope if nothing else this war teaches countries that hosting a US Military base is not a risk free endevor no matter what the US says
