🇪🇺 No European country is prepared to send naval forces to escort ships through the Strait of Hormuz, the Financial Times reports citing sources.

European governments fear their warships could become targets for Iranian attacks, risking a serious escalation. One source said naval deployments would only be considered if the security situation were “acceptable.”

The last updated location from that aircraft carrier was in the Mediterranean Sea:

They were stationed somewhere in West Africa and are moving towards Eastern Mediterranean, probably near Cyprus, between it and Suez, Israel or Turkey. Their official orders are to take position in the Eastern Mediterranean. We don't know if they plan to cross the Suez. It should take it another day or two to reach its officially ordered position.
