I am waiting to see is this actually happens in the US or if they just keep forcing workers to empty their wallets to prop up their zombie economy. I have seen lots of posts about this no not heard of any US company doing it. I would be suspect of any company that does at this point. It just open the doors for more "soft layoffs" like my company did after covid.
