This looks like a video game render
The lady painting looks like she herself is in watercolors. It was a crisp mostly sunny day, but I didn’t do anything to it to make it look weird. But it kinda does look weird. Can’t put my finger on it

Super trippy, must be the sun angle.
It's probably because there is something out of frame that is reflecting light perpendicular to the sun. Look at the trim on both porch roofs to the far left and compare it to the porch farther right just below the spire; they should be the same shadow intensity but the left one is noticably brighter. Plus its rare to see such a bright roof with dark trim in real life which adds to the uncanniness.
Looks like an architectural render to me that someone has ai'd some grass and plants on. It's definitely odd. Cool house though.
It looks a lot like the art style from Blue Prince.
