Since you are obviously a being of culture, let me recommend 'A stitch in time' if you haven't read it.
It was written and read (as audiobook) by Andrew Robinson, the man who played Garak.
The audiobook especially is wonderful if you are a Garak aficionado.
I bought it (ebook) and read it last year. It was my gateway drug into the TrekLit universe :)
I have not read many other Trek books, any I should get my hands on?

My favorites of what I've read so far:
I've read 4 out of the 5 Star Trek: Picard tie-in novels, and they're all excellent (though the Riker one is the weakest but not bad).
