. Also almost makes her look like she has exposed roots or something from how the shading changed her hair (though that's not actually what's happening) and it just darkened the shadows on her generally for reasons I don't understand.

Training data has loads of models and hair photoshoots in it probably. All of them will have hair with highlights and dye.

The lighting is also coming from photography, the faces light up like they're in a studio photoshoot even when they're supposed to be dark.
