Not sure about the comments regarding the Caspian sea. I think he is talking shite, otherwise we would have heard of it - and it would be major escalation.

You are probably right.
Although, it is difficult to expect anything rational from the US as it grows more and more desperate for a win. Crazier ideas will start coming out with every passing day.
