Tankies are often so caught up in campist nonsense that they can't fathom that someone being anti-communist doesn't mean they're pro-capitalist.
Also that what they preach is nothing like communism as theorized by Marx. It's brain dead authoritarianism with a dash of communist fanfiction.
That's even before we get into whether they can be considered communists or they're just coopting the label like ancaps do with anarchism and libertarianism
What's an ancap? Anticapitalist? Do anticapitalists, who exist outside of and within all left wing ideologies, tend to coopt those labels somehow? I feel like I'm missing something lol

I didn't ban this user and their ban is an instance one. They must've violated the instance-wide rules, probably hate speech.
I reported them in another thread for Holocaust relativization. Might be partially from that. However log it says the .zip admin was fed up with compast spouting nonsense.

Yeah even of communism was the only objectively correct stance, someone could still believe in other things without loving capitalism. It doesn't even make sense in that regard.
Now explain away the history of communists killing anarchists after the revolution.
