Russia is transferring upgraded Shahed drones to Iran, according to AP.

Russian engineers have reportedly improved the Iranian drones, adding cameras, AI components, and jet engines, as well as improving navigation and electronic warfare protection.

Intelligence agencies say negotiations between Russia and Iran have been "very active" this month, but the scale of the transfers is still unknown.

The White House stated that this will not impact the effectiveness of the US, which has already "destroyed more than 140 Iranian vessels and reduced attacks on Iran by 90%."

Makes zero sense, as parts could just come from China.
