This is the material used for basically all hard plastic packaging, particularly food safe packaging

It's used for all sorts of industrial/agricultural water transport, for certain types of concrete construction, a lot of things.

wouldn't high and low density polyethylenes basically cover most plastic uses

the high density is what you mentioned but shouldn't ldpe be like plastic bags and shit

LPPE is also used for flexible containers like squeeze bottles.
