When talking about enemy casualties, you usually won't find explicit mentions of them in Western news unless is something difficult to hide. If you do find reports, it will be hinted in a very quiet way such as this one:

Apologies I wasn't saying I thought it wasn't real now. Just that at first I wasn't convinced Iran would immediately manage to drone strike the "anti drone strike crack squad" within a day or two of them arriving 😅. I've definitely seen enough Ukraine posts grieving his loss to believe it now. Iran once again proven to be telling the truth.
