No. Those are two different things

Why Trump is doing that doesn’t really matter, there are plenty of reasons explaining that without him being a Russian agent.

I was polemic. It is like saying Putin eats little children, to say he is a monster. Yes, he doesn't eat them but he just as well could and it wouldn't makf him a greater monster.
