He isn't a political rival, or someone to be debated in the marketplace of ideas, he is my enemy, an existential threat who espouses every characteristic deplorable in humans, he is ideologically opposite of me in every way, and seeks to control or kill me and those like me, just like his child raping lunatic partner.
