The official banner seems more roughly composited than generated, but it's hard to tell. Also, looking through search results made me realize that news outlets are almost certainly running images through generative "enhancers", meaning any image online (even from professional outlets) could have untold layers of slop over the original, which may not even be available. So frustrating.
