MODERATORS
Poland did kill between 14000 to 130000 RSFSR prisoners of war by starvation after 1919-21 war, so they did it preemptively (number is unclear because while we do know how many PoW's returned from captivity - 67000, we do not know how many were captured, Polish official sources from the time cited 206000)
