The french voice is far less jarring to me than the American accent ai voice. The creator being french, I assumed the French voice was his own. Some of the words sound more like a German accent at times. So that was lending it to sound more real to me. I assumed he was a french engineer that maybe studied or spent time in Germany. But I suppose it probably also is AI generated. I'm not a fan of that. But I have been learning from the tutorials and they seem to work well so I assume the script is at least hand written. I will give it a pass, despite my usual hatred of all things AI. Some people just aren't good public speakers, or simply aren't comfortable with their own voice. With self produced free instructional content I think its ok.

Its not like a big video game or movie production cutting out actors to use AI generated voices. Which is scummy as hell.
