I'd much rather be considered washed than unwashed, so that's good
Unfortunately, being washed is unintuitively quite bad.
I'm assuming that's a truncated version of "washed out" or "washed up"
I've been told by my 20yo classmates that glazed = covered in cum = good and that washed = to be clean of cum = bad.
I sincerely hope they were just trolling you...
