I don't know how much they'll support that sort of challenge, but I know they've added a hardcore mode. Right now, if you die, you're stuck as a ghost in hardcore. The only other custom stuff in right now is modern regen rates so you don't have recover sp for 5 minutes, angry versions of regulars mobs on maps that give double xp but are a little stronger, and stuff like that. They're still testing core features to make sure everything works and are taking bug reports and suggestions in their Discord. A lot of the people who are playing right now haven't played before and are gauging whether they want to check it out when the server opens for real. It's kind of cool seeing people ask questions about stuff that is second nature to me. It's only been up for like 2 days.
