AJ won't give up. Ever. This - not just the site but the narrative he developed around the trial and the attention he gets for it - is his livelihood, he needs to keep it up no matter how ridiculous, petty and pointless.

I hear it's only a small, partial win anyhow.

No matter for AJ: one more time he's getting media attention.

He can't give up, because that would mean that he has to start giving all of his money to Sandy Hook families, and he will not do that.
