The EU will never, ever sanction Israel as a whole. The planet will explode before that happens.
I mean this is pretty stupid if you ask me. Public perception has shifted massively over the past 18 months and seems poised to continue. If most of the EUs Populus want Israel sanctioned it will eventually probably come to pass, after sufficient political wrangling
