If they were serious they'd kill off the space marines (and also Krieg while they're at it).
I disagree, but not really vehemently, mostly I want to say here that there's not really anything inherently problematic about the DKoK that doesn't apply to the other armies and I'd even argue there's more explicit and egregious armies you could go after before DKoK.
Yeah that's just colonizers
