MODERATORS
Probably, given who they are, but honestly the premise isn't bonkers on its own. There's been a massive wait between Elder Scrolls V and VI, with absolutely no signal how much longer VI may even be. Part of "speed up development" may even just mean adopting a strategy to keep development moving even when working on another project, like Starfield.
Exactly, they can outsource the games to different studios like call of duty and pump out an elder scrolls every year
