Seems like the request was blocked on Jul 20. Did the dev decide it’s not happening and will not happen in the future?

Seemingly it is not possible when using the ionic framework which the dev uses to create/develop the app

Well that’s too bad. And porting it to another framework would be an absolute nightmare - practically an entire rebuild.
