What is a concrete thing you think they're doing.

I'm asking because I don't think its bad to lobby government. Its Democratic to do it. Its unethical to grease wheels but if that is what it takes, it needs to get done. Its not unethical to use money to hire think tanks to research and develop strategies and name politicians who your group can target with lobbyist who you also hire and get them to bring your issues to the politician to argue why it's in their benefit to push your cause. That's how government works.

Maybe its time regular people started organizing and greasing some wheels too for housing, disability, minority issues and if these groups can't muster the support maybe they need to continue to evaluate their approach
