who remakes the exact same meme immediately after it was just posted? I thought this place was supposed to be better than Reddit.
This is actually the original that was then remade and now the original is being reposted again/still.
Kinda sick of it tbf because "an artery blockage" is not the heart. A burger performing heart surgery would make more sense.
I noticed that, but in this case the original meme pic was poorly conveyed
