The unchecked, uncurtailed, ceaseless and boundless of expansion of the surveillance state due to 9/11 doesn’t get talked about enough. I don’t have a joke here, I am just saying it sucks so much man.
It's stiff competition but I would say the continuing erosion of privacy rights was one of the worst parts of Obamas presidency.
Literal free points to roll back the patriot act but instead we went with getting rid of habeous corpus
Bro for real. The dissolution of the very idea of privacy happened at ludicrous speed. From 9/11 to the PATRIOT act to every company in the galaxy doing big data analysis on every component of your life happened over the course of like four years
