My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.
You live in a society, so you should learn to behave as a civilized person. If you dislike that, either go live in the middle of nowhere or don't complain when common social rules are disrespected towards you, e.g. someone throwing garbage at you
I think @stappern@lemmy.one is talking about the idea that someone who ghosts someone owes that person a face-to-face conversation.
