I now understand why so many leftist spaces on reddit were just "off" and not actually advocating for anything other than "viva revolution"

Sounds like you surrounded yourself with LARPers, the leftist spaces I've been in actually have ideas

That was sadly the case in alot of the reddit spaces that I originally thought were intellectually honest places to discuss leftist theory.
