What's your "old person" trait?

My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.
You know it's objectively bad design when people have to make third party software to make your website not suck. Especially a shame for a company so large they have entire teams of engineers for each little component in the application.
