I thought that opener would show it was meant to be playful, not the other way around! 😩
FWIW: It was written without any ill-intent and just supposed to be the antithesis to the white chocolate hate. I apologize if it didn't come off that way.
No worries. You might want to change openers, though, because I definitely did not see it as playful. Most people tend to use "well akshully" kind of aggressively.
