There's science behind why AI can't draw fingers. It "learns" what hands are, but the variations on what they look like in images are vast. It doesn't understand the concept of hands, just references to images. Lots of articles explain this much better than me.
Hands are by far the most difficult part of the body for most people to draw so I guess it kinda makes sense AI stuggles too.

Look at comics, it's a reason they cut down on fingers for a lot of characters.
