Could be any, though I believe word spreads quickly over the North American borders, so not Canada... then again, this is the same insane country that now tries to chastize India, over its supposed role in the death of Sikh member, who may have links to the Khalistani movement...
Canada has a long tradition of rehabilitating Ukrainian nazis though
She may be a Ukrainian nazi, but an opportunist as well, and I'm pretty sure that the fact she isn't really ethnically related to this conflict, just only in her beliefs, will add up against her... (see other American mercenaries fighting for Ukraine)
I believe somewhere like MENA or South-east Asia is probable as well...
