Roids, cocaine, meth, and caffeine.
If we prohibited cops from these substances, and piss tested them like the people they have been arresting after piss tests, I bet we would see an explosion of protect and serve to counter the current culture of enforce and dominate.
Drugs didn’t make them into power abusing thugs, it just made them power abusing thugs who are also high.
It's totally reasonably to group those together. Well done.
