Would you say you're intentionally phasing out the use of plastic in your house? If so how has it been?

Slowly, but it’s difficult. Most things these days come wrapped in plastic after all.

We use glass and paper where possible, but nothing beats a vacuum sealer for properly storing food in the freezer so… plastic it is.

That said, we recycle what we can, which is something at least.
