Yes that makes sense. I played Starfield for a bit and looting was pretty terrible.

It's like they took the procedural generation looting from fallout but cranked the random up. It's lacking some charm but honestly it's like a 6/10 for me.

I don't know about worse, but it's definitely randomized a lot. There's no intent
