When I was in high school we had a security guard who just kinda sat around and never did anything, he would say things but never get up to intervene in any given situation. My friends and I would order pizza on occasion because the price of Domino's was about the same as the cafeteria food and it was better than the cafeteria. When I would meet the pizza delivery driver at the front of the school the security guard would give me shit letting me know that I wasn't allowed to have pizza delivered but again because he didn't ever do anything I would usually just ask him if he wanted a slice and move on. I don't remember there being a security guard in middle/elementary school but that would've been in the late 90's/early 00's.

Dominos would probably let you buy a pizza even if your parents hadn't paid their bill, too.
