It's difficult to quit when your working permit it connected to the company. Is this legal to fire someone over though?
That's another part of the story. But usually when there are existing court cases that have dealt with this subject it will be fight able. Let's just hope this garbage is over rather sooner than later.
This is such an apt comparison actually. In particular the taking Tesla private at $420 a share or whatev was such egregious market manipulation.
