I was just coming to say that and I've never even held a gun lol
they are always triggered, so this checks out

Also the gun doesn't hold a magazine. So he is irresponsible and pathetic at the same time.
Always treat a firearm as if it's loaded. Never let the muzzle point at anything that you are not willing to destroy. Only put your finger on the trigger if you're about to shoot. Be sure of your target and that there's nothing behind it.

It could still have a bullet in the chamber. Always treat every gun as if it was loaded because you never know.
Every firearm is loaded unless fully disassembled.
“No such thing as an unloaded gun” Disassembled it’s just parts for a gun, but not one.
A gun is always loaded and the chamber could absolutely have a round in it. That is how literally every on-set gun death has happened. Round in the chamber that wasn’t supposed to be there.
