MODERATORS
A kitchen paper holder that you can mount to a wall, shelf, etc, and that has a stopping mechanism so that it allows you to rip some paper off the roll with just one hand. Absolute kitchen game changer.
I've been looking for one of these for parchment. Any recommendations?

Dead, unfortunately, and I don't read hieroglyph :(
Also, papyrus sucks.
I have no idea if they exist for parchment too. I got one like this:
