He could do that. And I don't understand why he doesn't do that. His Country is fucked anyway and more or less a puppet of china. Let's get stoned and lie back. And if I want some action before china takes me out for my BS, announce open Borders and unification with south Korea. See what happens and maybe try to escape in the following trouble.
