A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

The cheap advice the doctor gave my cousin when he had kidney stones was to: chug a 6 pack of cheap beer and ride some rollercoasters.
The rollercoaster was supposed to break things up, then the added water from the beer flushed things out. Plus the beer helped a little with the pain.
If that were true, rollercoasters would destroy your teeth.
