It's good to hear that I don't need those. I do have a LinkedIn account, and I'll update it soon.
We're not sure yet, so I do appreciate all the suggestions in this thread. We were thinking Toronto because of friends that we have there, but I'd rather go to some smaller city with decent Chinese community. I have no problems living in a different country, but I'm worried that it will be difficult for my wife.
