At first i was gonna say it wasn't possible because of the incredible weight of the diesel motor and electric generator, but MAYBE, if you just ripped out all that shit and put in a huge electric motor, monster rubber tires, and a plexiglass funny-car cab on top it could actually work in the real world. I want to see it now.

Oh and as thanks for reading my dumb ramble here's a fact you might not have known. The "hood" area of the engines, where the headlights are? That's the shitter
