I was thinking "Howdy tooth man" and a little tooth wearing a cowboy hat or the word "No" for a more literal meaning to the idiom "Read my lips"

To be clear I'm not actually going to get a tattoo on the inside of my lip this is just a shower thought.

I'm gonna say he probably got it, but this was in the 90's, so even if he did, I'm sure it isn't visible anymore.
