Mull vs Fennec (lemmy.ml)
submitted 11 months ago by sintrenton@lemmy.ml to c/privacy@lemmy.ml

I am having problems reaching Tuta through Mull on my Android (Mull 120.0.0, downloaded from f-Droid). Checking, I saw that Fennec is version 120.1.0.

Just in general, does any of you peeps here have any takes on Mull vs Fennec when it comes to privacy? I have assumed both are on par and also comparable to LibreWolf on PC.

Use them both, but test with http://fingerprint.com

It's a real tracking company trying to sell tracking software, so they're trying to prove how good they are, by tracking you in their demo. The incentives are right there. So even if you think you've got good protection, make sure fingerprint.com can't track you
