It's Lacan ~~for reactionaries~~. I thought Sokal and Bricmont had put an end to so this but apparently not.
Still, the author is right that the US is likely #1 in being asked for effective action by it's people. And USians are begging for healthcare, education, and affordable housing. Even it's military personal just be calling for effective leadership.
