How can this
be bad? Suspended monorails are cool af.
I made a post about when and when not to use monorails.
I think it's a horses for courses thing. From what I understand, Chongqing for example is densely populated and has variable elevation which would make streetcars/trams less suitable for above-ground transport. Having monorail sidesteps some of these issues.
