it's soooo fucking funny that biden was elected as a pro-rail guy, he gets in office already knowing american transportation can't be fixed so he appoints one of his opponents as a fall guy for it, and the guy just happens to be so profoundly incompetent at just the messaging that americans start to notice an agency they literally never care about.
