Probably something by Corey Feldman if we go by artistic value alone, although I'd argue that Noise Music sounds even worse.
I've once went down the rabbit hole of "Power Electronics", which is like an extremist subgenre of Noise Music and in my opinion some of the worst "music" I've listened to.
If you're not on at least the level of Microsoft Paint being run as a wav, you should just quit as a musician.
